Check in was friendly, hotel was amazing, locations was fantastic in the centre of town so handy to get around-and-near lots of great cafes. Got apartment with twin beds as expected, really enjoyed it. Location: the venue was short walk to especially Chinese restaurant, the clock tower, which does chime on the hour right through the night, and Launceston has to offer. Launceston CBD district was worth staying in.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

I always return here because of the friendly staff, who even helped me recover my forgotten earpods. the amenities like Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and laundry suit me perfectly. It's my ideal spot for a romantic escape!

Great food choices for breakfast.

It is located walking distance to a theatre and a gallery and that's marvellous. And it's 20 km from Launceston airport.

The staff here were really friendly and made me feel welcome. They even provided laundry and ironing services at no extra cost! Plus, the location was fantastic – it's nearby shops, restaurants, the river, and Seaport. 🌟.

The apartment was not serviced on the Sunday of our stay.

I traveled with my family and spent 2 nights here, enjoying a really good stay. the location was fantastic, with shopping malls and the main shopping street just a short walk away. we dined at a pleasant restaurant that offered delicious Chinese dishes.

Very helpful staff and a great location close to public transport facilities.

the room was in poor condition. There was wet plaster on the wall. It should be thoroughly repaired and repainted before allowing new guests.The mini bar and kitchen was not clean. we had to ring for house keeping to clean out the old pizza in the fridge. and the noise was unbearble from outside.

The unit is excellent and features a convenient decor. the nearby café offers good food for breakfast. the location is brilliant, situated in the heart of Launceston's CBD, conveniently close to the Quest Launceston and a great coffee shop next door.

Having a kitchenette in the studio room was an advantage

The Quest Launceston was central CBD therefore the traffic/nightclub noise was excessive. Having a room next to the laneway was also a disadvantage.

Separate room, exceptionally comfortable bed and fairly clean bathroom. Politeness from the whole staff. Quick check-in and easy check-out, parking onsite. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location just next door to shopping streets and Close to take away shops during evenings and car parking at great prices.

Spacious and clean units with a king-size bed and a dryer provided in each.

The friendliness and approachability of the staff, from recommending the local pizza to what to do about parking in the event of leaving very early in the morning... nothing was too much for them, no hint of impatience, but wonderfully helpful.
